Slow-closing Check Valve 300X
I. Introduction:
The 300X slow-closing check valve consists of a main valve, a check valve, a needle valve, a ball valve, a micro-filter, and a pressure gauge, forming a hydraulic control piping system. It operates automatically using hydraulic power, enabling the main valve to achieve an excellent opening or closing speed. It prevents water hammer from occurring, thereby achieving the effect of slow closing and noise elimination. The slow-closing check valve is controlled by hydraulic self-power, requiring no additional devices or energy sources. It is easy to maintain, with smooth opening and slow closing. This product is widely used in water supply network systems such as high-rise buildings and residential areas, as well as in urban water supply projects. When water is supplied from the inlet side of the valve, water flows through the micro-filter, needle valve, and check valve into the main valve control chamber, then drains to the downstream through the ball valve. Since the opening of the needle valve is smaller than that of the ball valve, the drainage speed of the main valve control chamber is higher than the water inlet speed, causing the pressure in the control chamber to drop. The inlet pressure acting on the lower end of the main valve disc opens the main valve to supply water downstream. When the pipeline stops water supply, if downstream water begins to backflow, a portion of the backflow water enters the main control chamber through the ball valve. Due to the function of the check valve, the backflow water cannot flow out from the main control chamber, causing the pressure in the main control chamber to gradually rise and slowly close the main valve.
